3rd ANNUAL CHAMPIONSHIP CHESS
Spring Fling Tournament hosted by FSA

Fulton Sunshine Academy, 1335 Northmeadow Pkwy #100, Roswell, GA 30076
Open to any player in grade 12 and below
Registration Cap: 120
4SS, G/30/d5 in rounds 1 - 3 and G/45/d5 in round 4
Rounds:
10:00; 11:30; 1:30; 3:00
4 SECTIONS:
3 rated sections, USCF membership required: Under 600, 600-999 and Premier for players rated over 999. Players may play up one section if within 100 points of the section. With permission other players may also play up. There will be one Unrated Section where players rated below 500 may also play. No memberships required and no rating points received when playing in the Unrated Section. Half point byes available only in rounds 1-3, if requested before round 1.
Advance entry received by Sunday, Apr 6, pay $25; late registration is $30 until Apr 10. After Apr 10 pay $35. Onsite registrations OK at $35. (At site registration by 8:45am and you will be paired for round #1. If you register later, then you might get a 1/2 point bye in round #1.)

click “K-12 Tournaments.” Tournament Name: Spring Fling Current USCF ID# required to be paired for Rd. 1, unless playing in unrated section.

rophies to all players with a plus score and $100 top prize in the Premier Section. A team trophy for school players in combined rated sections will be awarded. The top 5 scores from a school count for the team score. Players receive points based on their individual score but weighted so they receive double points for their score in the U 1000 and triple for the Premier section. Teams must submit 3rd round scores before the start of the 4th round to be eligible.
