2-day chess tournament Women and Girls! 2 sections: Open, U1000 4 rounds, g/90, d/5. Sat rounds: 10AM-2PM Sun rounds: 10AM-2PM Half point byes available for any round, must request before the start of round 2! Entry Fee - $30 CCSCATL members if paid online, by phone or mailed check, or in person by October 12; $40 day of event. $5 more each for non-members (this means $35 non-members paid by October 12, and $45 day of event). Moms of players registered in the tournament play FREE (you purchase USCF membership, no tournament entry fee!)! Pre-register online at: https://atlchessclub.com/event-registration-list/ Registration 8:30am-9:30am day of event, or call (678) 628-5615 by October 12 to register by phone. Prizes: Open Prizes: 60% of Entry Fee based on 15 entries: Example prizes if 15 entries (prizes higher if more entries): 1st - $125 2nd - $100 3rd - $50 1st U1000/UNR - $40The winner of the Open section receives a $500 stipend to any national women's chess tournament.
The winner of the Open section receives a championship trophy. U1000 Prizes: Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. USCF Rated. USCF Required (can be purchased on site). GCA membership required.
