Must be above 1999 to enter. $1000-600-500, u2200- $700-300-150-100. Under 2000: FIDE and US Chess rated. Must be above 1749 to enter. $700-300-150-100, u1900 $150. Under 1800: $700-300-150-100, u1700 $150. Under 1600: $600-300-150-100, u1500 $150. Under 1400: $600-300-150-100, u1300 $150. Under 1200: $600-300-150-100, u1100 $100. Unrated: (not part of base). Trophies to top seven.
Time controls: Championship and Under 2000 G/100 with 30 second increment, other sections G/120 d5, first three rounds of two-day G/30 d5.
Entry Fees: $81 if received by 12/23; $87 at site, juniors under 19 $6 less, unrateds $30, GMs and IMs free. Reentry except Championship section and Under 2000 $40. Byes available for any round (limit two), must commit before first round. May play up one section except Championship or Under 2000.
Registration: ends 11 a.m. Dec. 26 for three-day, 9:45 a.m. Dec. 27 for two-day.
Three-day rounds: 12 p.m., 5 p.m., 10 a.m., 3:15 p.m., 10 a.m., 3 p.m.
Two-day rounds: 10:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1:15 p.m., then merges with three-day.
