TAMA
When: Saturday, October 20 from 10:00 AM until 6 PM (5PM for lower sections)
Where: Big Creek Elementary School, 1994 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041
Who: Scholastic Players in the 12th grade or below.
Details: 4 round Swiss System in 4 sections, Unrated Scholastic, Under 400, Under 800 and Under 1200
Time Control is G/30 + 5s delay, G45 + 5s delay for the fourth round in Open section.
Rounds: 10:30, 12:30, 2 and 3:30
Awards will be given shortly before 5PM

If you are playing in a rated section USCF membership is required. One year junior scholastic membership is $17 without the magazine and $24 (recommended) if you wish to receive the quarterly magazine Chess Life for Kids. You can register online at https://secure2.uschess.org/webstore/member.php or at the tournament.
Unrated sections do not require USCF membership although USCF rules will be followed. These sections are ideal for someone who is interested in a less competitive environment
