Championship (FIDE-rated) Section: (Open to USCF or FIDE-rated 1900 and above)
$400 – $300 - $200; Under 2200: $250; Under 2050: $250
Amateur Section: (Open to USCF-rated 1400 thru 1899 and Unrated)
$300 - $200 – $100; Under 1750: $200; Under 1600: $200
Reserve Section: (Open to USCF-rated Under 1600 and Unrated)
$250 - $150 – $100; Under 1200: $100
Time controls: Championship – “40/90, SD/30, d10” – (note new Championship Time-Control)
Other sections – “G/120, d5” – All Sections, Two-day Schedule, Round 1 “G/90, d5”
3-day schedule: Reg. ends Fri 7:00pm; Rds. Fri 7:30pm; Sat 2:30pm, 7:30pm; Sun 10am, 3:00pm.
2-day schedule: Reg. ends Sat 10am; Rds. 10:30am, then merges with 3-day schedule.
Entry fee: $60 (3-day), $59 (2-day) if received by Jul. 13; $65 at site. UNRATED $30. (W)GMs, (W)IMs free.
Re-entry: $35 (not available in Championship). Half-point
Byes: Available all rounds (limit two), must
request before Round One (no changes afterwards). Sat., 10:30am round is not FIDE-rated (all FIDE rules
apply).
FIDE-Only: Rule 6.7a. “A player who arrives at the board more than 30 min. late shall lose the game.”
FIDE-Only (rule change): Per C.04.1d, “A player with a requested ½ pt. Bye(s) is still eligible to
receive a Pairing-Allocated (Full Point) Bye.”
All Players Must Bring Set, Board, and Clock – None Are Supplied By The Tournament Organizers.
