• A. Georgia Resident (Championship & Amateur) – $95.00
  Use this form you're a Georgia resident playing in Championship or Amateur sections. You will need a current GCA & USCF membership to play.
• B. Georgia Resident (Scholastic) – $30.00
  Use this form if you are a Georgia resident and playing in the scholastic section. You will need a current GCA & USCF membership to play.
• C. Georgia resident - GM and IM
  Use this form if you are a GM or IM living in Georgia (you'll need a current GCA & USCF membership to play)
• D. Non-Resident (Championship & Amateur) – $95.00
  Use this form if you are not a Georgia resident and will play in either the Championship or Amateur sections. You will need a USCF membership to play.
• E. Non-resident (Scholastic) – $30.00
  Use this form if you are not living in Georgia and will be playing in the scholastic section. You will need a current USCF membership to play.
